Tingyu (Tina) He
Senior Associate
Tingyu (Tina) is a Senior Associate in the Beijing office. Her expertise in energy policy allows her to engage in various global projects including city action planning, energy efficiency, energy conservation and renewable energy. Tina has been the research lead for the Global Industrial Energy Efficiency Accelerator Project in China, to build a comprehensive profile of China’s industry energy efficiency. Tina also takes the leading role in the C40 Climate Action Planning project that helps to improve cities’ adaptation and resilience to climate change.
Prior to joining the Carbon Trust, Tina worked with C40 Climate Leadership Group as City Advisor of Shenzhen, China. During her role, Tina worked on several sustainable development case studies and reports including Shenzhen’s private new-emission-vehicle incentive plan; Shenzhen’s electric vehicle (EV) battery recycling roadmap and the policy causal-chains analysis for five individual GHG emission reduction projects of Shenzhen. Tina also worked with Green and Low-Carbon Development Foundation where she supported Shenzhen PMO on GEF-funded Sustainable City Approach Pilot Project.
Tina holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Georgia in the US.
