Sarah is an Associate Director within the Business Services team and specialises in Net Zero road mapping and transition plan development. Sarah’s time at the Carbon Trust has focused on complex value chain and scenario modelling, and product and organisational carbon footprinting. Examples of her project work include a methodology development and measurement of the carbon abatement potential in the fashion sector and leading and developing a global study of emission quantification of plastic production.

Sarah has experience providing assurance and carbon footprinting in Scope 3 across multiple sectors, including public health care, construction, food and drink, plastics, manufacturing and retail. Sarah also has significant experience in developing strategies for cutting emissions from corporate supply chains, and was a co-author for the CDP Supply Chain Report 2018.

Sarah holds a BSc degree in Environmental Geography from the University of York. Prior to working for the Carbon Trust Sarah worked for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in ecotoxicology and pollinator research.
