Rupert delivers corporate sustainability projects including scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon footprinting, assisting clients to set science-based targets, and developing bespoke models to determine the timing and magnitude of decarbonisation interventions required to reach Net Zero. In addition, he is involved in programme administration for the Transforming Energy Access (TEA) programme with a focus on clean cooking solutions in Sierra Leone and Uganda, as well as for a UK PACT-funded project to operationalise Energy Performance Certificates in South Africa. He is completing a Master’s in Development Finance at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Development.
