Luísa is a Manager working across the advisory, delivery and programme streams of the offshore wind team at the Carbon Trust. She has expertise in offshore wind markets, with a specific focus on technology, policy and cost drivers.  Luísa manages projects under the offshore wind innovation platform including the Offshore Wind Accelerator and the Floating Wind Joint Industry Programme, advisory work for international clients. She holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, a double MSc in Renewable Energy Engineering and a Postgraduate degree in Energy Law.
