Lindsey is a climate policy and programme delivery specialist, with over 10 years of experience across the public and private sectors. She has managed a range of multi-year, UK and international projects across coal transition, green finance and energy efficiency, delivered for governments and philanthropy. Lindsey has particular expertise in global carbon markets, when she represented the UK as a UNFCCC negotiator for Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, has delivered technical training on a range of different carbon market-related topics and developed the business case for the UK government investment of £80 million in the Transformative Carbon Asset Facility.
