David joined the Carbon Trust in 2020 as an Associate in the Offshore Wind team. He is responsible for electrical engineering activities throughout the offshore wind team where he manages the electrical systems working group as part of the Offshore Wind Accelerator, with a particular focus on the integration of offshore wind. David also leads the delivery of offshore wind projects in emerging markets.

David graduated with a First Class MEng degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
