We have a systematic approach to health, safety and environmental management. We work to have a positive impact on the environment and ensure the safety and well-being of our people. We are committed to continually improving our environmental performance, as set out in our Health, Safety and Environment Policy.

Our Net Zero progress
Driven by our mission of a decarbonised future, we have made our own Net Zero transition imperative to our business. We have set science-based targets and have identified clear actions to move towards Net Zero:
Our operations: Reduce our absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 50% by 2030 from a 2018/2019 baseline.
Our supply chain: Engage with suppliers to ensure that at least 56% of our suppliers by emissions are covered by a science-based target by 2026.
Our business travel: Reduce our business travel emissions by 65% per full-time equivalent (FTE) employee by 2030 from a 2018/2019 baseline.
Net Zero: Reach Net Zero and reduce our absolute emissions by at least 90% by 2050 from a 2018/2019 baseline.
The Science Based Targets initiative has validated our near-term and Net Zero targets.
