Ross is a dedicated sustainability professional with extensive experience in the agri-food sector, encompassing production, processing, supply chain, and retail. Previously, Ross studied Zoology at the University of Manchester before managing a family dairy and cheesemaking business, whilst also delivering management accounts for farm businesses. This has provided him with practical insights into sustainability and environmental issues in agriculture and made him passionate about applying innovative solutions to improve agricultural practices and decarbonise the sector.

Whilst at the Carbon Trust, Ross's expertise in value chain accounting, carbon footprint modeling, and product carbon footprints from both an assurance and advisory perspective makes him a valuable asset in driving sustainable practices within the agri-food sector.
