Kelly is a Green Finance Associate at the Carbon Trust. Her current responsibilities include project delivery related to green and sustainable financial products, impact assessment, portfolio footprinting, and stakeholder engagements in Southeast Asia.

Prior to this, Kelly worked at Singapore’s central bank, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), within the green finance team, focusing on developing the green finance ecosystem in Singapore. Kelly was previously with Sembcorp Industries, an energy and urban development company headquartered in Singapore, where she was part of the team driving Sembcorp’s sustainability strategy.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
