Ivan Savitsky is a Manager within the Carbon Trust’s offshore wind team, and is the topic lead for matters relating to environmental, biodiversity, and coexistence issues with offshore wind. Ivan acts as Programme Manager for the Offshore Renewables Joint Industry Programme (ORJIP). In addition, Ivan acts as an offshore wind policy expert for emerging markets, and had led projects supporting offshore wind development in markets including USA, Japan, Vietnam, India, and South Korea.
