She specialises in offshore wind leading the Carbon Trust’s international offshore wind programmes where she manages a portfolio including the industry leading Offshore Wind Accelerator (OWA), Floating Wind JIP and Sustainability JIP. These programmes address key challenges bringing developers and the supply chain together to accelerate technology development and deployment. Olivia collaborates across markets, supporting the delivery of the National Offshore Wind R&D Consortium and leading the establishment of the Maine Offshore Wind Research Consortium. Olivia holds a MA (Cantab) in Geography from the University of Cambridge.
