Natalie is a Associate at Carbon Trust’s Singapore office, where she supports projects across Singapore and the Southeast Asia region. She has a focus on energy transition, including coal retirement mechanisms and the strengthening of energy systems. This also includes her work on the ASEAN Low Carbon Energy Programme (LCEP), a 3-year, multi-country programme that aimed to accelerating energy efficiency in the region, through technical assistance, advisory, and  capacity building. She was the lead analyst and project managed the Philippines intereventions under LCEP.

Prior to joining the Carbon Trust, Natalie worked in the carbon markets, corporate sustainability, and ecology across various positions in consultancy ranging from the public sector. She has experience providing low-carbon and sustainability strategy advisory to mitigate and adapt to climate-related risks. Such work includes carbon footprinting, carbon offsetting, project origination under International Standards, and policy assessments. She has also worked in the corporate setting, driving sustainability programmes, and raising environmental awareness while interning with Changi Airport Group.

Natalie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and completed a semester-exchange programme in University of Victoria, Canada.
