Megan is an expert in offshore wind policy and technology innovation. She currently leads the offshore wind advisory business, helping business and governments catalyse and optimise offshore wind growth globally. She is an offshore wind policy and regulatory expert and has experience in delivering complex projects in site lease design, market frameworks, grid and transmission planning and regulation, technology innovation catalysation and supply chain growth. Prior to joining the Carbon Trust in 2013, Megan spent several years as a Senior Policy Analyst developing the UK’s offshore Wind Transmission regime. Megan is also a Fellow of Cambridge University focusing on Offshore Wind policy.
