Matt is an Associate Director in the Business Services team, with responsibility for sector group resourcing and delivery. Matt leads decision-making with regard to resourcing, and is responsible for improving overall delivery efficiency in the Services sector. Matt also supports the end-to-end service delivery for Assurance services, optimising processes and procedures to support global expansion, channel management and customer service.

Since joining the Carbon Trust in 2013, Matt has managed an Accredited Supplier scheme for installers of energy efficient and renewable technologies, provided programme management support for the Green Business Fund which provided advice and support for thousands of British SMEs, and has led on internal reporting and knowledge management.

Prior to the Carbon Trust Matt completed a MSci in Geography from the University of Birmingham, focusing on energy vulnerability among young adults and uptake of energy efficient technologies among SMEs.
