Laura Timlin

Laura has extensive experience in delivering corporate advisory services across a broad range of topics, and led on the delivery of the Carbon Trust's Green Business Fund, a £12 million programme supporting small and medium-sized businesses in Great Britain on energy efficiency.
She has previously worked with trade teams at UK Trade & Investment (now part of the Department of International Trade) both in the UK and internationally, as a business specialist advising on low carbon opportunities for the global High Value Opportunities programme. She also supported South Africa's National Business Initiative with the delivery of their Private Sector Energy Efficiency programme, an £8.6m UK funded initiative in the country.
In addition to her work at the Carbon Trust, Laura sits on the BBC’s Sustainability Advisory Group, providing external input into the sustainability strategy for the corporation.
