Jarredine is a Senior Manager in the Carbon Trust Africa office, with over a decade’s experience in energy and climate change policy. For more than ten years, Jarredine worked for and on behalf of organised business in South Africa, engaging with government, organised labour, and civil society as well as other stakeholders.

She brings an in-depth understanding of policy development to create an enabling policy framework for the just transition to a low carbon economy, and expertise of global energy and climate policy dynamics and how these may impact and influence policy at a national level.

She also has unique insight of the policy requirements and challenges across both the public and private sectors.
