Hector is a Manager with the Carbon Trust's cities & regions and offshore wind teams. Focusing primarily on the technical aspects of reaching net zero in the public sector, as well as leading the Yield and Performance technical working group of the Offshore Wind Accelerator (OWA) programme.

He has worked with numerous councils, local authorities, cities and other public sector bodies to develop their carbon footprints and pathways to achieving net zero; including the development of footprinting tools and scenario models. His work with offshore wind extends beyond OWA to the development of cost models for fixed bottom and floating offshore wind farms.

Hector was awarded a distinction MSc in Sustainable Energy Technologies from the University of Southampton, and holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Bristol.
