The business case for investing in energy efficient or low carbon technology is often compelling and sometimes overwhelming. Despite this there remain a number of major barriers which mean that organisations either delay or do not implement projects that would help to reduce bills, cut carbon and provide a rapid return on investment. These barriers tend to fall into one of three categories:

• Lack of awareness
• Lack of confidence
• Lack of funds

This webinar, presented by Geoff Smyth, Head of Technology and Delivery at the Carbon Trust, explains to suppliers the services that the Carbon Trust has developed to help overcome these barriers to ensure that prospective clients understand the opportunity, build a robust business case, and secure the finance to implement their project.

It also includes information on how the Carbon Trust can help suppliers, by providing access to financing solutions and through its newly-launched Accredited Supplier Scheme.
