Eric Soubeiran, Vice-President Nature & Water Cycle at Danone, has been appointed to the board of the Carbon Trust.
Soubeiran brings a wealth of experience from many years spent working for Danone where he is currently responsible for coordinating the company’s sustainability strategy incorporating climate change, water resource protection, regenerative agriculture and circular economy. He is also CEO of the Danone Ecosystem Fund and serves as the administrator of the Livelihoods Carbon Fund and The Gold Standard Foundation.
Soubeiran joins the board at a time of growing global action on climate change.
Commenting on his appointment, he said:

Prior to joining Danone in 2010, Soubeiran worked for Rexam Plc where he led strategic planning for the company’s beauty and medical devices division and became managing director of a newly acquired Rexam business in India.
